ARRIVING INTO TARRAGONA
By Plane:
Plan to arrive into Barcelona: Barcelona's Airport is a major hub with worldwide connections. The airport is conveniently located at El Prat de Llobregat (western Barcelona) 13 kilometers (8 miles) from the centre of Barcelona. The airport's web site is: www.airwise.com/airports/europe/BCN
Airport transfer will take about 60 minutes to Tarragona.
By Train:
If you are arriving in Barcelona via train, you will most likely arrive at the main train station, Estació Barcelona Sants, 2.5km (1.6 miles) west of Las Ramblas, with some trains also stopping at Catalunya station on Plaça de Catalunya.
AIRPORT PICK UP
An airport or train transfer is included on arrival and departure days. Upon arrival, the student will be met in the arrivals' area of the arrival airport by our representative who will be holding a sign. Once you have met our representative you will be taken to your accommodation.
Unaccompanied Minors:
Should you have booked the service for Unaccompanied Minors with the airline and with us, please note that we have to be informed about this at least two weeks prior to your arrival! As soon as we have the information we will let you know the name of the person that will meet you at the airport. You will then have to give that name to the airline. Please understand that we are unable to organize this special UM transfer, should we receive the information later than two weeks prior to your arrival.
