FAST FACTS

Your language vacation itinerary		You will book your own flights and arrive independently into Shanghai. You will be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation. Your accommodation is included on the Sunday, our language courses start on Monday and finish Friday, departure day Saturday. You will be studying with like-minded students of a similar age from around the world and living with a local host family. :: IMPORTANT: a tourist visa will be required for this trip so please apply early for this summer vacation.
School location & map		Located in the heart of the city off Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, Shanghai's premier shopping street (over 3 miles long) this area attracts thousands of fashion-seeking shoppers from all over the world.
Course options & details		:: 4 GROUP LESSONS DAILY - 20 lessons per week We accept all levels A lessons usually lasts 50 minutes Course runs Monday through Friday starting at 9am Course materials are included You will take a placement test on the first Monday Maximum 12 students per group class
Lodging options		:: RESIDENCE (ages 13 - 19) Multi shared room Includes 3 meals daily 24 Hour supervision :: HOMESTAY (ages 15 - 19) Shared or private room Includes 3 meals daily Breakfast & dinner with family Lunch & snack at the school Travel time to school 20 - 45 minutes
Supervision, curfews & student info		RESIDENCE Supervision level: HIGH For ages 13-19 this is 24 hour supervision. HOMESTAY Supervision level: MEDIUM For ages 15-19 are allowed to go out in the evening unaccompanied but must be home by 10pm on weeknights & 11pm on weekends. Teens will expected to travel independently to/from the school each day. Students are expected to spend Sundays with their host family
After class activities		Enjoy a schedule of social & cultural activities during the week with other students and weekend excursions. One day excursion, two cultural activities and one field trip weekly.
